We were long-term, loyal customers with an excellent driving history and no prior accidents. John had personally given us his phone number and told us we could contact him anytime, regardless of the day or time. That changed the moment we actually needed support. After three members of my family were involved in car accidents two caused by severe weather. We reached out the same way we always had. Instead of receiving guidance or assistance, we were abruptly told to stop calling his number and to contact the office. This was unacceptable after years of loyalty and trust.
