It's open enrollment and I felt a little overwhelmed shopping around for health and dental policies. I did a quick Google and this was one of the first brokers who came up. I emailed and I got an email back from Everett Henderson asking me some questions which I answered in detail. We set up a phone call which I had to reschedule for the same day. He called me and immediately had an annoyed tone of voice as if I was inconveniencing him for even inquiring about different policies. He was too lazy to explain any of them, got short with me when I asked a very basic question about co-pays (comparing policies) so finally I pointed out that he seems like he didn't want to help me and then he hung up on me. I just turned 65 and was preparing to retire. My wife still has a few years to go.
