Treylani is the worst person I’ve ever dealt with when it comes to insurance. Very deceptive, promises the world but never delivers. Changed our policy specifically because of him. If you see him, run the other way.

I switched to Farmers about eight months ago, and the price is reasonable compared to other carriers. However, getting started and the service overall have not been as great. When I first signed up, I worked with Treylani. At the beginning, he was nice enough, but the minute I had questions, he became rude and dismissive. He signed me up very quickly and was not clear in communicating what policy I had or what the coverage included, making the experience confusing and frustrating. When I asked clarifying questions, he acted annoyed and rude, which I have texts to prove it. Adding to the frustration was the fact that it took several weeks to receive my policy documents.
