If anyone files a class action lawsuit against Northland insurance for predatory behavior or acting in bad faith, please contact me. Northland insurance should be ashamed of themselves. Is it common practice to offer 40%? I also got a lowball offer just like one of the other victims that left a review for this company. What the hell is going on in Minnesota? Maybe Nick Shirley should investigate Wall Street backed insurance companies and the hard-working Americans they are screwing over. Northland deals primarily with truckers and freight, the backbone of America. They deal with people that keep America moving in some form or fashion. There should not be a single bad review left by an American Who has been wronged by Northland insurance.

We signed commercial truck insurance and 24 days after we cant add new driver because insurance policy wasnt uploaded yet. 24 days after you cant upload policy to your system? Hello its not 1980, it takes 5 minutes to do it but now we still waititng 3 day already! Im speechless

Can we give this company 0 stars... won't respond to my questions in an accident where i was rear ended by a semi truck insured by them. Trying to give me 40% value on a 5 year old camper in excellent shape that they deemed a total loss. Anybody able to get a fair amount of money from them and please share how!!! Thanks!

This is a scammer company, one of there insured truck drivers hit and ran our truck at the parking lot, we gave them all of the evidence yet they still refuse to pay the claim and they just ignore our emails. If you really want to be insured and not waist your money you need to stay away from these guys.

One of their insured drivers ran a stop sign with a semi and trailer. My compact car ended up underneath the trailer. The police issued a citation to the semi driver for failing to yield right of way. My car was totaled, I missed days of work, and I have a ER bill. It's been almost a month and I haven't had a single call returned, despite leaving multiple messages and email.
