Tom Buckholt - State Farm Insurance Agent

My previous agent had retired and I was assigned a temporary agent for awhile. Then Tom Buckholt was assigned as my new agent and I couldn’t be happier. He’s a cool dude who has guitars and basketballs in his office. He’s a family man who loves to tell stories about his family. I can totally relate to him though I was born in mid last century. He listened to my concerns and came up with a solution while interacting like a friend. Communication with his agency is easy and accessible, and staff always responds quickly. I feel like he is my local agent even though I’ve moved a fair distance away from the office. Still it’s great to go back to the old neighborhood where he’s located right by Mac-Groveland school.

I met Tom for the first time today. It has been many years since I have reviewed my policies and was immediately set at ease as I worked with Tom. He is genuine and had my best interest in mind. I have been a very skeptical insurance customer in the past and I am grateful I met Tom today! He made sure that we were no longer over insured, and left our appointment knowing our options for additional coverage if needed.
