Chris Budzius - State Farm Insurance Agent

I worked with Terri trying provide insurance information to the folks at DMV regarding my Son. (His fault, not State Farms or the agency) I can't say enough about how helpful, friendly, and easy to work with she was. The next book about how to do great customer service should have a chapter dedicated to her. From the first hello, she owned my problem and worked quickly toward a solution. She was empathetic to the situation, caring and focused on helpful creative problem solving. Wish I could leave 10 stars!!!

I moved here from Delaware and I needed help getting my finances squared away to be transferred to St Paul. Meeting Chris Budzius was like meeting a new great friend! My fear and stress were immediately dissolved as he explained everything, took time to learn all about what I needed, and then actually set everything up for me! I guarantee you will have a service rating of 10 from Mr. Budzius!

I changed from Progressive Direct (no local agent) after very poor and very slow responsiveness to a claim when my parked car was hit. Then Unfortunately I had another claim occur damaging our camper trailer. What a difference. Immediate action from Chris Budzius and team. State Farm adjuster quickly approved estimate from the repair shop and paid the claim right away. So great to have Chris, Shelly, and team help me select the right homeowners coverage too.

Shelly and Chris kept in touch with me re my roofing claim until it was approved. They were very patient explaining the process. In general, they always answer or return calls promptly.

Terri has so capably, effortlessly, effectively and proactively served us and all our crazy, changing insurance needs for 16 years. Knowing that all our insurance was in her hands freed me from worry and any concern about not being prepared for problems. Covid took the wind out of all of our sails, but I never noticed a change in State Farm service throughout those dark days. Terri was always reachable, so resourceful and responsive. Oh, yes, and remarkable. I can't imagine having a better customer service experience in any industry. Highly, highly recommend for all insurance needs.
