My 401k is managed through this provider. Since I was separated from my employer, the agent managing my account has repeatedly refused to release my contributions from my 401k, insisting at my employer's request, that the entire amount can only be released after their filing of their 2023 taxes and compliance examination. When I stated that I have a right to the money I have contributed during my employment, the company ceased communicating with me. I sought out more information on their website, but it is largely defunct. This company is not transparent. I do not trust them with my funds.
