I would actually like to give a minus score if I could. I can’t stand Devoted. In using the dental program, you pay the bill and we are told they will review and reimburse. What actually happens is you pay your invoice , submit your bill with Procedure Codes and after several weeks they say they are reaching out to my provider for procedure codes. I said they are right on the invoice, I did a google search sure enough procedure code is identical to what is on invoice. They just repeat they are reaching out to my provider for procedure codes. I said why are you bothering them, the codes are in what I uploaded. Again I am told they need to reach out to provider. It is simply a way to delay reimbursement if they choose to reimburse at all. I would recommend Devoted 100%. They are the best that I have ever had. No long wait on the phone. Very courteous and knowledgeable any time I have a question. Great benefits for eyes and teeth, the best . Funds for over the counter and funds for healthy food. Also, great benefits for medical, prescriptions, and specialist. If you looking for the best, choose DEVOTED

The people from devoted have been nothing short of devoted to my husband and I for our care. The benefits have been great. Always there to answer any questions. We had some health issues last year but I have to say we are in really good health at this time. But I know if something comes up they are there to help and guide us through.

There was a time that I would have given Devoted a full 5 star rating. When I first had Devoted they were more interested in making sure that I get the best care that I needed with the lowest to no cost as possible. Now they have changed. They once have me Transportation help, now they don't. My out of pocket cost to get my prescriptionsv was $0, now it's not. I would have been a commercial spokeswoman givingh praise to Devoted at the beginning. I don't know what happened but I'm disappointed now.

Devoted Health has been exceptionally helpful! And when you call always a live, friendly person answers And BONUS in the USA! There are many added benefits on the plan. Have been with them since 2023! No regrets!
