AP Intego Insurance Group

The most trash insurance company to ever exist. I've been painfully trying to stick with them for years. The most basic of customer service requests (a copy of your COI) takes MONTHS. Pretty sure they are just a shell company only operating on whatever commissions still exist from NEXT.

Just had a great interaction with AP Intego setting up Workman's Comp Insurance for my company....my rep, Matt Vargo was fantastic! He helped me with the qualifiers to be sure I got the right coverage for my team, found me a great rate, and even followed up to get our policy rush approval so we could start work almost immediately. Great guy! Im really looking forward to having him as my account contact! UPDATE: Kudos to AP for maintaining my Workman’s Comp Policy during the pandemic....first 3 months were free...then 5.00 a month to maintain until we reopen. They truly care about small business. With their pay as you need it program based on hours worked to this extra step...I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you AP!

Chrisoula and Amanda were very helpful and over succeeded my expectations. They were able to get me a very customized policy covering items that are not so called everyday items and were able to do so on the first try. This staff genuinely cares for your business and recommends only what you need at the bare minimum price you can get it. Very pleased with the policy and its deductibles as I can now run my business with peace of mind, customer care is in a class of its own, highly recommended wouldn’t have anyone else taking care of my insurance needs. I have been using AP Intego for a year now and I am super happy, I just recently incorporated and have started service again with WC and Liability Insurance on the new Corp. Jay at AP was super awesome, He made the process quick and seamless. Just be upfront about initial details so you have no surprises in the future. Always run a payroll even if there is 0 payroll. After it’s all set up, get out there and make money, and get it in your account, because after all, that’s your job right? Horrible. I signed up to use this service for WC insurance through my Gusto online payroll. The big selling point was pay-as-you-go, which means I don't have to deal with annual audits. After not running a payroll for some time, I was apparently removed from their service in July of 2019. I then confirmed my account as cancelled and got insurance through my personal carrier. A few months later, I received a letter saying I owed about $100 for non-payment. I called and confirmed the bill was incorrect. Fast forward a few more months to November 2019 and my bank account has suddenly had $1800 withdrawn, WITHOUT NOTICE OR CONSENT. I called and the rep said it was my premium due, after undergoing an audit. I was under a pay-as-you-go platform and already confirmed I was current. How is ther
