We have used North suburban agencies for over 10 years. Karen and everyone at the office has always been extremely helpful and quick! I have had many other agencies ask me to switch by offer "cheaper rates" or some other tactics, and I have just told them I wouldn't switch ever!

Changed my policy on several occasions without my knowledge or consent. Was signed up for annual billing, made payments, and suddenly they indicated I had been on Monthly billing for more than 6 months, despite me having no knowledge of the change! This of course resulted in a higher monthly premium due! Refused to drop a vehicle that had been junked upon my request. Constant rate increases as well, homeowners insurance went up over 35% this year alone, despite no claims. RUN AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!
