Your insurance is great but the cost is ridiculous! I'm so sad that our school district has to leave BCBS of Minnesota because you keep jacking up your prices where it's not affordable. I pay around $700 a month out of my teacher salary already and you were going to raise it another 13% then 8% the following year. Honestly you should be ashamed of yourselves for charging what you do. So sad because I really do love the coverage and the staff you have. You just make it so it's not affordable for companies and school districts who try to show any loyalty to your company.

Been trying to get ahold of a human. Called the number on Google. She sent me on a wild goose chase. Still haven't gotten an answer to my question.
