Worst insurance company I have ever dealt with, I had a nationwide insurance policy that they serviced. They were unresponsive when my new mortgage company reached out to them to provide an updated insurance policy. My insurance on my home lapsed and I only found out when a debt collector called me saying I owed money and the amount was in collections. Thanks North Point for being the primary reason I received my first ever collections notice. To make things even better, because of them my insurance lapsed and I had a "lender provided" insurance forced on me which was 5x more expensive than a normal policy. (Which I uncovered after the call from the bill collector). They refused to cover the "Lender Provided Policy" bill, even though they were the agents for my policy and never told me it
