Norma Contreras: Allstate Insurance

I’ve worked with many insurance agencies in the past, but I’ve never experienced behavior as rude and unprofessional as I did in this case. My interaction with Norma was unexpectedly hostile and difficult. She repeatedly interrupted me, did not allow me to fully explain the situation, and did not request any documentation or photos before making assumptions. The overall tone of the conversation was negative and confrontational, which was surprising and disappointing from a professional insurance representative. This is not the standard of communication or claim handling I’ve experienced with other agencies. Based on this experience, I would not recommend working with Norma, as the interaction was unnecessarily stressful and unproductive.

I first came in to get a quote for my business, Norma was wonderful and very, very sweet! She also asked if it would be alright to quote me for my personal cars, I said yes. The quote for the business was higher than what I already had so I kept my old one but the quote for my cars was a very good deal! Ever since they've been my go-to! I recommended them to my mother and she also switched. I now only talk to Chris and he handles all my needs, new cards, new changes, new quotes, etc! He's also amazing like his mom and each time I am in contact with him, he is so helpful and so so friendly!! I will keep recommending them because the customer service is superb!!!
