I was dealing with Dylan and he was excellent when I called I was told he quit by an agent named Elizabeth and she was very rude she hung up in my face repeatedly when I called back and I’ve asked multiple times to speak to a supervisor and she would not transfer me at all. When I called back again she picked up and asked rudely what so want and they don’t serve Georgia and would not transfer me to another person. She need to be fired I will be reporting to the BBB as well.

The service was great. They walked me through different options and made sure I understood every detail.
