My company has been working with Stratford since 2013. We have utilized both the Employee Benefits and the Human Resources divisions. Dan and his team always provide a comprehensive renewal analysis with plenty affordable and health plans, well in advance of the renewal. for many years our costs have gone down or held, while the employees are very pleased. Recently, Dan brought us a new concept offered that provided us a refund of unused premiums if our claims were favorable! We were pleased to receive 10% of the annual spend back, not bad for a company with 12 insured employees! And if we ever have a problem, Tom and his service team are great to work with and always follow through to the end. I highly recommend Stratford!
