I tried contacting Mass Mutual through various of their phone numbers- from customer service to retirement plans- only to be caught feeling uneasy. The prompts are alarming on the Retirement Plan line- asking for too much personal information and demanding vocal replies in regards to a password. I hope that I didn't fall into some trap. Yet, be assured any poor soul thinking to steal my identity will find debt and bankruptcy. With that said, who can I talk to about my issue? It's alarming, I will say again, that there are no clear phone numbers provided to reach live people rather than some technical machine Demanding personal information. I don't know if anyone else has experienced the same suspicious feelings regarding the safety of their personal information. Yet, it is my duty as a wri
