This is a real review from my own experience. I’ve been with them for about 1.5 years and I’ve never had any issues. Whenever I have a question, they reply fast and explain everything clearly. They always try to find me the best coverage for a reasonable price, and they’re honestly very trustworthy. Thank you Douglas and Amanda — really appreciate you both!

Doug is very professional and always helps our family to get the best rates. We had a water claim a few months back and called Doug and he came right over to help file a claim and see if he could help us in any way. He made sure to stay on top of our claim for us so everything would go smoothly. I read the other comment about him yelling at someone a few years ago and just couldn’t believe it because we have been with him for 15 years and he has never been disrespectful or short with us before.

My fiance and I just tried calling to get insurance and we couldn't hear him cause his phone had bad service. She cursed to herself because she wasn't sure if it was her phone and he yelled at her and said that it wouldn't work out and hung up. He was pushy and wouldn't listen to what she needed and was rude about the whole situation. Dude, if your going to work, make sure your phone can handle calls. Also, listen to what people are calling about. We were going to definitely use Progressive and now we would recommend everyone stay far away, unless you want to get chewed out and treated poorly. Learn some professionalism. Absolutely disgusted how you treated my fiance when your phone wasn't working.
