I just have to take the time to write a quick review about the excellent service I received from Jeanette Stephens in this State Farm office. We had a somewhat complicated claim from damage done to our car from hitting a pot hole. At first the insurance company quickly found us at fault which would have resulted in a higher insurance premium. But Jeanette was so awesome in advocating for us, following through with the claims department, and ultimately our claim was reversed. This is exactly what we pay for when buying insurance. We were thrilled with the results which would not have occurred if Jeanette had not stepped in to assist.

Nick and his team are awesome. They are responsive and always looks for ways to ensure my family has the right level of coverage for my home, automobiles and life insurance. Both are very knowledgeable about State Farm's insurance products, and have helped my family manage its risks across multiple lines (auto, motorcycle, homeowner, umbrella).
