We've worked with John for a number of years, and have always been very happy with the service and the support we've received from him and from Vivian. Most recently we contacted Vivian to help us with coverage on a new home. Vivian introduced us to Lana Johnson in John's office, and we are so grateful to now be working with Lana. Lana is our account manager, and she's been a pleasure to work with as she manages this process with us. We're purchasing a home, and she completely understands the escrow requirements, and all that needs to be done to keep these tight timelines. Thank you Lana, Vivian and John for being there for us. About 2 weeks ago I found out that my prior insurance for my car raised my rates approx $100 though I haven't had an accident are tickets in decades. I immediately got online filled out some questions and State farm called me with a minutes. I spoke to John McAfee and he was cordial and professional and explain to me the options I had and explained everything in layman's terms I didn't feel overwhelmed and I felt he wasn't pretentious long story short he saved me $100 a month and called me for a follow-up couple weeks later to go over any questions and to make sure everything he explained was clear and understood. For me first impressions are everything. His customer service was excellent that's what sold me. I'm not big on reviews but that's the least I can do with the service that I got.

John McAfee has been my agent for a very long time, and everything about working with his office is great. We have several auto policies, home, and life insurance. My main point of contact is generally Vivian Bell, who is always extremely responsive and helpful.
