I always get everything done here without issues. They always make things so easy for me. Car sale, car insurance, card membership and most DMV services. They provide a friendly, reliable and professional customer service.

Came here for my IDP international driver's permit...and it took 12 minutes...total. such an organized, efficient and pleasant experience. I worked with 3 people, checkin, payment, paperwork. It was an amazingly good experience. STRONGLY RECOMMEND!! Xavier was great! Everyone was great, just had the most face time with Xavier as everything was so fast and smooth!! It was like the Toyota way- so efficient a systems design! Now I can drive legally in Europe!

My roadside assistance technician was Osvaldo. I hope I’m leaving this review at the correct branch because he was incredibly helpful and patient. Thank you for not giving up on resolving our issue! :)

This place has gone down hill. We went to do an out of state title transfer. The bigger white lady said our vin verification wasn’t “valid” and clearly was having a bad day. So basically didn’t want to help so I had no choice but to go to dmv and was able to process my paperwork . And yes my vin verification was accepted. Get knowledgeable staff ! Terrible service !

Very happy with the Redwood City AAA experience. The employees were very nice and professional, the wait time was zero, and I got what I needed in less than 10 minutes.
