karina is who i've generally been talking to at this office and she's been great. listen, i GET that there are things you are required to say or do but it's important to also actually listen to your clients and she does that. she listens, internalises the information, and actually offers thoughts and suggestions that are relevant, pertinent, and helpful. that's exactly what i want from my rep.
