I initially called to ask for an insurance quote the women who tried to help me were first unresponsive . Possibly due to the phone quality. I got left on hold while a representative was being coached on her rate for the insurance policy and their cost that they add on top. I even heard another person on the line say those aren’t our added fee rates, when the woman already stated a lower price. I was hung up on and kept on hold multiple times. Bad customer service. You can get insurance from any company. If you’re looking for a good insurance and price with good customer service go somewhere else, there’s always better!

Muy mal servicio. 👎🏻 I went and canceled my insurance, but the person who helped me didn't cancel anything. They made a charge I didn't authorize and didn't realize, and they sent me to collections. I had to pay $100 because of the irresponsible and incompetent workers.
