I was recently transferred to this team when my State farm lady retired. This team is taking good care of me. Jeanette has been especially kind and helpful with plenty of my phone calls. I have called to request potential quotes. I have also called to make extra payments on things that probably caused her to stop what she was doing in the moment. I have always been treated respectfully and kindly. I'm definitely not happy with the cost of insurance. But I do believe I'm getting a fantastic rate compared to what other options exist out there.
