Called to get a quote for a portfolio of properties & never got a call back. Decided to go in person, provided all the information for all the properties and was told to be expecting a call back. Never received any type of communication - they seem content with their current book of business. Went to another local insurance company and was insured within a few days.
If you like being overcharged and getting screwed over by company loop holes and talk down to by progressive associates then thus is the place for you.. not.. I honestly couldn't tell you one good thing about this company im 26 almost 27 and im still getting 227$ monthly payments, I have a good record and no sports cars so I think that speaks for its self, literally go ANYWHERE else but here
