I spoke with a woman in November in the local office about discrepancy in my charged amount and the vehicles on my policy. Told the lady to cancel my insurance. She wanted to argue with me and try to push me to reinstate my insurance. Here it is February and I see there was $200 + taken out of my account and over drafted 60.. These people are scammers. DO NOT GET INSURANCE THRU THEM!!!

Been with Cole and American Family for 10 years. We have home, auto, life and our business insurance through this agency. We have unfortunately had a few claims, but Cole and his team always make sure we are taken care of. My wife and I highly reccomend!

Cole is the best agent I have ever had. He is always great about returning my calls and answering my questions. I wish I would have switched to him years ago. Not to mention him and his family are always pleasant when I see them at community functions. Highly recommend.

I purchased this auto insurance in April 2018. Everything was okay until July when they automatically took double the price of my premium out of my checking account. I was told nothing will be refunded but maybe my future payments will be less. The agent in Independence Ks told me the higher amount was because they didn't have a declaration page from my previous insurance. They didn't ever mention this to me...ever.from April, May, June and then in July just doubled my premium as they did not have declaration page. Their bank withdrawal has made it very hard on me as I have to watch every dime I spend. Even tho my old insurance... Progressive..faxed them the page they needed I still do not get a refund.
