Farmers Insurance - Deana Combs

Because I wanted to talk to a person, I called Deana Combs's office to ask a general question about life insurance. The person I spoke to answered on speakerphone. I prefer businesses take me calls with more discretion. Anyway, I was told, curtly, that since I'm not a current life insurance customer, the person I was speaking to wouldn't answer my questions. It was odd experience. Certainly this discourages me from any future business with Deana Combs's office in the future.
