NYSIF has consistently overcharged on premiums, costing clients thousands more over the years compared to our new, more affordable service. Upon requesting cancellation, they impose additional fees such as cancellation penalties and surprise audit charges, making it even harder to leave.

As an HR Director I have worked with at least 10 different Workers Comp companies in my career. This one is the worst. They load way too many cases on each employee to the point that's there's no possible way they can properly stay on top of them all. Meaning; your own company's cases are left open forever and ignored unless you as the employer are constantly on top of them. I feel bad for the employees. They are doing the best they can. Every other HR professional I've ever spoken to feels the same way.

I've had an on going problem for over a year due to this companies false. I have called several times in they refuse to fix the problem. I've never talked to anybody at this company I am never once had any interest in their company I've never even looked at their company but for some reason they were attached to my name and because of it my insurance will not pay for my medical care now. This is a scam company and I suggest game far away from it. I wrote a review a year ago and they seem to a race it so I guess I will be back daily to update my comment

I have been on NYSIF since 1988 and now I get letters asking if I want to do a settlement, I have been saying yes but that's all, no contact asking me about it, 2 years of this. I want to do a settlement.

They have canceled my payments for no reason won’t answer the phone or call me back my case manager is Nuria McGrath
