New York Life Insurance

Back in about June - July 2025, I decided to buy life insurance with AARP New York Life Insurance. I wanted to make sure I would receive all my bills in the mail so I sent a notice to New York Life with my new mailing address. In addition, I informed New York Life that I have NO interest in paperless billing by phone and by mail. I was moving in August and I did not have a new physical address yet. I later called New York Life to make sure they had my new mailing address. They did have my new address. I have been sending my premium payments monthly by my banks electronic bill payment system but I have YET to receive my monthly bills. In Late November or early December 2025, I sent a letter again to New York Life inquiring about NOT receiving my monthly bills. So far, I have not received a
