Nevada Direct Insurance - HORRIBLE!!!! My car was hit on 2/11/20 by one of Nevada Direct Insurance customers. An adjuster came out a few days later, looked over my car & wrote up the estimate. He advised his estimate would be forwarded over to the insurance company within 24hrs. A few days later I received a check in the mail for his estimate. I was given instructions that I could take my car to any repair shop. Which I did. I brought the repair shop my estimate. The repair shop was first concerned because they had never heard of the insurance co. (Red Flag). Then they were a little concerned about the estimate. He asked me who I was insured with, which was a major insurance co so he was relieved. I had to wait a week for the “used” door to come in to see if the repair shop woul

Worst insurance company to work with. An insurance holder crashed into my car and when I reported the claim I had to leave a voice message because they were closed. They called me back within 24 hours which was good, however representative was not knowledgeable and rude. Then, they don't communicate with you regarding updates on claims and what the next steps in process are. They paid for a rental, however don't make accommodations for working individuals. Instead they want to lecture you on how inconvenient an accident can be and unfortunately they don't care about your circumstances. They expect you to pick up your car when it's ready regardless of what hoops or accommodations you have to make. Worst insurance company, rude employees and manager.
