Omg!!!! Review time🥳 Sam was absolutely amazing. She was beyond friendly and very exciting to work with. She does not pressure you but makes sure you have availability in your time. I even called her back because I got interrupted at work. We even talked about nail shops and coffee .What better way to get get a new policy than to talk about nails and coffee. I had previously been with Allstate and came back. This was such a great experience with Sam. When I tell you that she went through ALL of my policies with a fine tooth comb and my payments are hundreds less than what I was paying. Needless to say, I went back to Allstate. She is very professional, has excellent Customer service skills, listens and I felt that she was thoroughly focused on me, her Customer.
