Our review of policies with Rebecca was very satisfactory. She was very well prepared for our phone conference and had information on our auto, homeowner's and umbrella policies. We have made a change in our driving patterns. Rebecca indicated this would qualify us for a reduction and she took the appropriate actions to get the changes into the system. We have always had positive interacitons with Mac Weems and her staff.

This insurance agency should be everyone's last call or last search option for a great insurance agent! These folks especially Amy, have gone out of their way to assist me in a very difficult time after after being in an accident where an uninsured and unlicensed driver ran into me while sitting at a stop light. Amy will go to bat for her clients and will treat you with respect and care the whole way through. I highly recommend this team of professionals!
