Suzanne Triola is an amazing insurance agent at Specialized Insurance Agency! She has been so responsive and helpful this last month, helping me make changes on my family's Erie auto policy, opening a new policy for my daughter who is buying her first car, always returning my calls and emails with a super FAST turnaround. Best of all, Suzanne spends the time talking with me, truly working to understand all our insurance needs (I have Erie Homeowners also). Might I add, my husband and I have been customers of this agency for twenty plus years!
