NC Farm Bureau Insurance

I have been with Farm bureau over 2years, my agent is miss Jamie. She is excellent at what she does, very knowledgeable, patient, polite ,kind and always willing to go above and beyond to help her customers. I am very happy and glad to have her as my Farm bureau agent. I can always call on her for help with anything sometime not even related to her job and she is always will to assist in whatever way she can. She does an excellent job.

I have been with Farm Bureau for several years now and have always been please for the most part. I switched my agent to Jamie Pipkin a few years ago and she is by far the best insurance agent I have ever had! She is very responsive and is willing to help however she can. I would recommend Jamie and Farm Bureau to anyone.

My wife and I have been with Farm Bureau and Jamie Pipkin for several years now, and cannot say enough good things. Jamie is extremely responsive to any request we have. I text her and she gets back to me usually within the hour, and takes care of whatever need we have at the time. I have never experienced this level of personal service from any agent in the past. We highly recommend her as an agent.

While Farm Bureau could not provide for what I needed in insurance, agent Will Dorsey took the time to find an agency that could. Who does this? I thanked him for his above-and-beyond, though he did not think it was anything extraordinary. This speaks volumes about his character; and, most probably, the bureau he represents.

We recently switched to the Wilson office for our farm policy. Will Dorsey is our agent, and we have had a great experience with him. I especially love his assistant. We had all our auto with another company, but she quoted us on the coverage and saved us hundreds of dollars. She also patiently answers all my questions, and I'm so grateful.
