NC Farm Bureau Insurance

I made an appointment to talk to our agent, he was ready to talk on time with no waiting. I spoke with Carson about my problem. He came up with a plan to fix it. I would recommend him to anyone.

The worst company. Maria is completely unprofessional. She's never there when you call her. You leave a voicemail and she still doesn't return the call. She has no interest in your work; she's only interested in her payday. They deleted my review just because I expressed the truth, so here it is again. Thank you for nothing. I already have insurance for my car and my mom's, and it only took 2 days to get the driver's record and YES, with another Farm Bureau.

The front desk lady at the office completely took my information wrong. I repeated myself multiple times and come to find out, no claim # was given to me, got my phone and address wrong. I had to call the Apex office and they were nice enough to give them a call and provided me a claim #. I then call Farm Bureau for status and they informed me that adjuster contacted me but phone# did not work. It was due to the lady not taking down my information correctly. It has caused inconvenience and slowed down the process. Thankfully, other Farm Bureau I called was helpful enough and was able to give me the correct information. I would suggest hiring someone can do the job.

Never called me back and I called and can’t get an answer ok I’ll take my business elsewhere I don’t recommend this place

I have called 4 times over the past 5 months, attempting to speak with our agent. I've left messages, was told there were email messages sent, etc. Still waiting for someone to return my call. Perhaps time to shop around.
