Said I owed 250 last week for the month gap, then yesterday I just got a 383 plus 11 dollar credit card processing fee… so like a 400 dollar bill! they couldn’t tell me what my payments were going to be a month after I paid them all that money.. Katie told me it would be an 11 dollar fee with a card I told her hold up I’ll just get cash then she said I already charged it. Legally you’re supposed to ask someone if the fee is ok before you charge someone first. I’m very upset on how I just had to pay so much money then not knowing to expect next month. I’m going to look into this more and maybe call someone higher than them and get this right. But be cautious and keep every bill. I had a couple bills prior that didn’t say I had to pay that much.

Highly recommend this company. The customer service is excellent. They truly care about their clients and well being. Love the face to face interaction you get. Couldn’t ask for better.

Kaitlin was super helpful assisting me with a claim. She made the process very easy and she answered all my questions. Claim was done and payment issued with in two days.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.I visited this ⁹ company to get a quote on auto ins. I have gad Fsrm Bureau in other states but was told each are independent Jake was my agent. He seemed. Ice but was a little vague on details. I was there over a hour. I had all correct info. He spoke to another worker to verify. Then he gave me a quote. It was alittle high but I had points so I understood. He insisted I must join their $25 membership. I paid by credit card. One week later I get a bill from Farm Bureau for almost a total of double what I paid for. Called Jake, he seemed to just a tad becoming aware of this. Said he would check and call me back . At the end if business I called him. He said Oops.. made a mistake. He did not code correctly. He said I would need to come in to sign I wanted tol cance
