Anne was very nice and professional the day we had an appointment with her. Dale had a couple pieces of info he needed to get . Got them and returned today December 6 and ended up meeting with Sarai . She is the most unfriendly and unprofessional insurance agent I have ever met. She said we needed something else from the drug store. I attempted to call drugstore twice and they couldn't hear me. The whole time she's sitting there undeniably aggravated. Smarted off as Dale was on the phone with drugstore about what she needed. She had sat and blew and huffed several times before like we were an inconvenience to her. Mind you we hadn't been there 10 minutes. When she smarted off AGAIN I got up and walked out encouraging Dale to do the same. I apologized for keeping her from whatever else she

On February 27, 2024, I went to Anne Rose Insurance in Murphy, NC to see about getting homeowners insurance. I have auto insurance with Progressive through the Anne Rose Insurance. The woman I talked with never gave her name or business card so unprofessional from the get-go. I was offered a policy through Universal Insurance and I wrote a check for down payment and left the office after being told my home was covered. About 10 minutes later I went to the website for Universal where I was able to set up an online account for making my monthly payment. On or about March 18, 2024, I received a cancelation notice from Universal for not paying within 15 days of establishing my Universal policy, which I had paid for by the $203 check I had given to the nameless woman at Anne Rose Insurance on

Anne helped me with health ins, the ladies there when I was there were very kind and Anne herself is extremely knowledgeable about ins. Honestly she helped me alot it’s been 5 years and I sent a friend to her and she is VERY SATISFIED also!

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. I have had to file a complaint with the Insurance Commissioner to get my auto insurance straightened out in order to get my tag reinstated. I have called Anne Rose Insurance Agency over a dozen times and sent emails to them for months and they have never responded!!! Buyers beware!!! There is no accountability in this office whatsoever!! In my opinion you're better off going directly to the insurance company and skipping the clowns all together! The insurance company even called themselves to no avail!!
