They are incompetent and refuse to take accountability. Was a customer for years I had hit a deer and had to make a claim, they said it was not covered. I had full coverage on the car they had a new person who when I called to make a payment once they had wrote a whole new insurance account and had me paying that one instead of the one I had full coverage on, I had two policy's for the same cars, when we found out I had them cancel the new policy, they did not, they canceled the old policy I was unaware of them canceling the old policy untill I had to make a claim and they informed me that it was not covered. They refuse to admit fault for screwing up my policy and I am going to have to pay thousands for something I paid them thousands over the years to cover. If you want a good insurance

I spoke with Michael Obi about getting homeowners and car insurance, however I decided to go with another company and cancel my policy. Michael was extremely passive aggressive and hung up on me multiple times. I would highly recommend not using this insurance agent.

I haven't had any particular problem with my homeowners policy through Allstate, although I haven't filed any claims either. I will say that I've tried to communicate with their agent's office, on more than one occasion, and I never get a reply. I have to phone them. I think it is discourtious and unprofessional to not acknowledge having received a customer's email.

Be very careful with this company. I got a new insurance policy and the new insurance agent made a three-way call with me on the line told him I would not be renewing my insurance there. They never sent me a bill or anything instead they put $1200 on my credit report Said, I left them that much money but when I called to check into it because it completely ruined my credit, I was told by an agent that if anything I may have owed them one month which was less than $300 but for some reason, they said they never received the call They wouldn’t go back and listen to their tapes because this was done on a recorded call. They didn’t care that they ruined someone’s credit rating. and now that I’ve read the reviews on here I see that they’ve done that to a lot of people so it wasn’t just me. Thei
