Do not use Kyle Utley!!!!25 years as my provider with home, business and several vehicles. 2024 tropical storm Helene absolutely destroyed my porch and part of my roof which has been leaking inside of my home ever since, up until today.. It took them several months to inspect, which again I was very understanding. I was assured they would inspect inside and out. This never happened. I was met with an aggressive kyle and inspector who absolutely was working for Farm bureau. I continue to try to reach out to farm bureau of Mooresville, NC and Kyle Utley for help!! Roof leaking ask I write this

Jamie Watts is the best insurance agent I have worked with. My family and I have been a member of Farm Bureau for close to 20 years. For the last 10, Jamie has been my agent. He is super responsive and always helpful (even when I have a million questions). We have since moved counties but remained with him because he is the best! If for some reason, he is not available, the staff at this branch is always quick to jump in and help each other (and the clients) out. I have found the rates to be pretty competitive......but the customer service is good enough that I rarely have even shopped around.

Our family has been with Farm Bureau of Mooresville for nearly 20 years. Even after moving to another county we remained with our agent Rebekah and her team because they get things done. We have home, auto and life. Now that are kids are adults they have their own policies with Rebekah also. They make sure we have the coverage we need and all it takes is a call to get our needs met. One of the most organized businesses with a friendly phenomenal team!! Highly recommend!

Ms Sidden, who is no longer at this branch, was fantastic. The staff is always as friendly and efficient as can be. However, when I recently questioned some extremely high coverage on a particular line item, I was told by Richard that if I lowered that I would lose discount(s). Say what? Pay more for coverage that was not needed at a such a high level (or said another way, thus would never be paid out) or lose discount(s)? So, I am actually paying for discount(s). In getting quotes, no other agency quoted any where near as high on this item. Then the Richard quote of "cause and effect" which can only be interpreted as "not going to pay" even though coverage exists. After 6 years I have moved on. Was surprised by how much I did save!
