Sawyer was great up until recently when Brett took over the commercial side. I have my home, personal vehicles, commercial vehicles and commercial GL with them. Brett told me I could not have vehicles financed in my personal name insured under a commercial policy. I called Eerie as this made no sense to me and was told he was incorrect and I could indeed keep them titled as is. I asked Brett to reach out and confirm this with underwriting and rather than doing so I get a rather rude email back telling me that it’s time I find a new agent. I am forwarding this email to Eerie and will take my business to an Eerie agent that has time to actually do their job.
