Starting my business as a builder has been a huge undertaking with licensing, working with the state, EPA, and the federal government ensuring I'm covered and compliant. Me again. Corrine, Jennifer, and Melissa all put in double duty to get my new Pro Liability and Builders Risk policies in place at the one yard line of a VERY important financial deadline for our company this week. As a reward I'll be leaving them all alone as much as humanly possible since I've been so needy and blowing up their phones the past few days. Truly though these ladies saved the day again. I have had a fantastic experience with Debra. She brought an issue to my attention that I had no clue about. Not only did she call to let me know, she contacted Liam who handled that part of the issue. We even had a 3 way call so Debra and I would both understand what we needed to do. We were waiting on some things to get done from liams department and Debra was watching to make sure it went through, when it did, she immediately called to inform me. I would definitely recommend her to anyone. she always responds back when I call. She is the best!!! ☺️

Dealing with your car(s) insurance can be so frustrating. But when I called to ask some questions about my policy renewal rates I got connected with Robert. He listened to my questions/concerns and then asked me a few questions in return. He then asked for a little time to review our policies and said he’d get back with me. In no time at all he got back to me, and had not only answers to my questions/concerns, he had solutions! I couldn’t be happier. Thanks, Robert and Nationwide!
