Jason is the man! He helped me save a ton of money on my car insurance and made the whole process simple. I’m really glad I switched! The app was easy to set up and use, which makes managing my policy super convenient. Highly recommend Jason if you’re looking for great coverage and someone who actually takes care of you.

I have not had to make a claim or anything, but the customer service I received was amazing. I would like to give a big shout out to Josh. Josh went above and beyond to take care of our insurance needs. Even though it was around closing time, Josh acted like they just opened up for the day. He also treated me like I was his only customer. Farm Bureau, please consider Josh when promotion time comes; he deserves a promotion and much more. Thank you!

I moved from the state and instead of them telling me I would need to mail my old plate, I got a bill from the state. However, because the state drug their feet and sent it a month later, I now have a penalty to pay because it’s overdue even though it’s not my fault. A little information from you guys would have been appreciated and saved me money! Not that you care, you got my money and now the state is gouging me one last time. Glad to be done with this company and the state of North Carolina.

At a time of need during the flood I didn't receive the personal care with there flood insurance. I'm under attack with mold in my home.Now I'm under attack with insurance company giving me a very low adjustment to fix everything in my home. While they put my family health & safety at risk.This review is a reflection of there flood insurance & not a reflection of me as father trying to protect his family health & safety.Its really a insult on my intelligence & character as a home owner.
