Tip top customer service. I started trying to obtain insurance while on my lunch break but I was not able to complete. We played phone tag. The Clay Hamilton agency did not stop until they reached me. I am glad they kept at it. I received my call after work which was perfect for me. I am relieved I have a policy almost identical to a plan with my old insurance. State Farm saved me $80 plus dollars per month for auto and renter's insurance. Amazing....is an understatement.

I have had the pleasure of working with Amanda Torres. Each time I have spoken with her she listens to me to understand what I need and was able to fix the incorrect vin on my car and add another car and driver. She is very nice, and calls you back when she says she would call back. If she doesn’t know the answer she will work hard to get the answer and I can really appreciate that.
