I have just recently moved to North Carolina and bought a car and got insurance here. After three months of having said insurance. I asked why it was higher then what I was told. Due to me moving to a different town then lumberton my insurance went up. When speaking with the owner Matt was rude cussed me and among other things. Very unprofessional I will changing insurance company by my next due date I do not wish to be treated in this manner from any business owner specially one I am giving money to for a service. I could see had I cussed him or anything of that nature but I hadn’t and was polite up till the end when I was cussed at and yelled at and then hung up on. No way to treat ur customers very bad customer service. Which they rave on about on the website
