I highly recommend this insurance company and the Kinston, NC location. Kim Howard and the entire team are highly professional, efficient and extremely personable. Best of all, I never imagined I could save so much money, WOW!

I had Corey Co roofing performing some work for me at my residence. We were discussing several things and homeowners insurance came up. Paul Cory reached out to Stephanie at Farm Bureau for me as I was looking for better rates She reached out to us with quotes for our house and cars. After reviewing our current insurance, we made plans and switched to Farm Bureau with Stephanie’s help. Really enjoyed working with her.

I will NEVER do business with this company (in particular, agent John Tyndall) after the way the have treated my mother over the years. She was told she had an excellent homeowner's policy, but found out that it didn't even cover basic theft. Dishonest. I will never purchases insurance through this branch or any other NC Farm Bureau locations. They will cancel your insurance over nothing with little explanation, and won't hesitate to do it in the wake of a family tragedy. You can find a better value for insurance in many other places.
