We have been with Evans & Associates for about 5 years now. Amanda in the Kinston office has been amazing to work with. She has helped us with Auto, Homeowners, and Renter’s insurance. The customer service, value, and professionalism at Evans & Associates is top notch. If you need insurance, you need to give them a call immediately!

Whenever we call with problems they immediately deal with it! We've had questions over auto insurance and with both of our homes various insurance policies. They always find us the best deal that is out there. I deal personally with Amanda. We have also dealt with Rod. And Angie has pitched in as well. We feel very comfortable that Evans is there to take care of all of our needs, and be sure we are totally satisfied.

I have had all of my business coverage with Evans and Associates for over 10 years. This local business treats me with respect and they are very professional in what they do. Angie Eubanks is my customer service rep and there has never been a time when she couldn't answer any questions that have had. She is responsive and very knowledgeable.

They carry all of our Commercial Business and Auto Insurance. Angie, our Commercial Lines Account Manager is great to work with. We have work with Jeff Thomas and the staff at Evans and Associates for several years now. They have been wonderful to work with and have assisted us in two very large flood claims (2016 & 2018) and anything that has came up over the pass few years.
