NC Farm Bureau Insurance

They are very slow about updating their records and it cost the family. Even after turning in the death certificate they still debited his account. It took me two attempts to get their records updated and the staff member was so Cold and rude. I hope I will never have to deal with this office again

A couple years ago, Greenville experienced a hurricane and a tropical storm. Unfortunately my roof was damaged each time. I filed a claim each time with my insurance provider, State Farm. Each time they undervalued the amount of damage that was done and wanted to issue me a check for repairs that was lower than my deductible! After being totally fed-up with State Farm, who wasn't "Like a good neighbor" and "never there" for me in my time of need (but they happily took my premiums), they beat me to the punch and sent me a letter stating they were canceling my homeowners insurance due to filing too many claims. Everyone knows insurance is something that you hope you never have to use. It also seems like a mystery what all it covers and you always wonder if you have enough. Tony Boyd is our Farm Bureau agent and he has always gone the extra mile for us and helped us understand our home and auto policies and what they cover and setting amounts that were affordable yet also give us peace of mind. This past weekend my stepson was in a car accident and Tony handled everything and had all the answers we needed to put our family's mind at ease. A+ service and give him and his office my highest recommendation. He has helped turn an emergency into an inconvenience, and that is something that always helps when something like this happens. Transfered my policy to Charles Blvd Farm Bureau back in Nov. So still new at this location but staff is super friendly and extremely helpful!! It makes a difference, believe it or not, which branch you use for your insurance policies. And I will leave it at that. Just don't agree with the "membership fee" but hey they are still most affordable insurance I found around. Haven't had to file any claims and I pray we won't ever have to. They also offer other insurance policies, like life, home...etc

Farm Bureau was representing the party I was involved in a traffic crash with. They were extremely helpful when we discussed the damage to our vehicle and were very kind and easy to work with. Their service was to the point I might look at them for my own insurance needs in the future. I dealt with Ed in one of the Greenville offices. He said he primarily handles cases in Beaufort County. Either way, I was impressed.
