Worst place to get your insurance ever wish I could have left zero stars. I had been with nationwide for 44 years never had a issue with any of the other 3 agents over the years. The minute it became weatherly insurance constant problems. I sent my payment off a few weeks later I get a text my insurance has not been paid called the office and paid it over the phone a few weeks later I get a email saying I over paid they sent a check..then I get a notice my insurance had lapsed.contacted the office finally spoke to somerude smart alex named James who said I probably need to get my insurance somewhere else so I did and glad I did it's cheaper and they have customer service.
