Just got off the phone with the must polite and efficient person from State Farm that I have ever spoken with, her name is Amy and she’s saved me so much time navigating through the ai phone system and getting my needs fulfilled, it makes me feel like I should return the favor somehow. So I’m going to be praying for her increase. I just hope she stays at Corey Kennedy’s office, She’s great, and I have never met her.
