NC Farm Bureau Insurance

This place sold me a "policy" told me I was protected in October and then sent cancelation notice Christmas eve based on pictures of my home they had me take. Noone ever looked at my property they just decided to cancel me due to some peeling paint and a small area of wood rot on fascia board. When I called them they claim they had no idea I had been canceled and they have no control over anything. They took my money but I would have never been covered or received anything for they money they basically robbed me of and set me up for disaster if something had happened to my property. I could have lost everything Christmas day and they would have shrugged there shoulders. Buyers beware insurance is one of the largest scams in America.

Never return phone calls or emails 15 yr member. I'm looking for a different agent at least if not a entire new insurance company
