I have been an insured for about 10 years and I’ve always received knowledgeable, timely, and kind service. Sheila has always been my go-to and is amazing in her depth of knowledge and responsiveness. Most recently I worked with Sarah and she was fantastic as well. Even though she didn’t have the immediate answer, she worked diligently throughout the day to get the information to resolve my inquiry. Also, their insurance prices have always been competitive when I’ve checked. This is an efficient office, but most of all they have shown integrity in the many years they have insured us.

I have been hit twice by policy holders of Farm Bureau and each time has been a bad experience. Currently trying to get my brand new 25 Honda repaired and they told the collision shop to put an aftermarket headlight instead of OEM. Just to save a few hundred dollars? Your going to put a cheap headlight on a new car? That is not acceptable and its wrong since your policy holder damaged it. It should be replaced. Many years ago my Genesis was hit. They did the repairs but my adaptive cruise control still didn't work properly. I tried contacting them but they never even called me back.
